Returns & Exchanges

1 Year Return Policy

At Wake United, we stand by our commitment to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase through our generous 1 Year Return Policy. If, for any reason, you wish to return or exchange any unused product, you have three options:

  1. Store Credit - Receive a Wake United store credit for the product you're sending back.
  2. Refund - Receive a refund back to your original payment method.
  3. Exchange - We're happy to exchange it for you.

 

Returns & Exchanges Guidelines:

  • Items must be returned within 365 days from the original date of purchase.
  • Products must be returned in the original condition and packaging. including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • Please include a copy of your original receipt with your return (contact us if you need a copy).
  • Ship the unused product back to Wake United, ensuring it is insured for its full value (via FedEx, UPS, or USPS traceable methods only).
  • Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.
  • Store credit will be issued for returns received after 30 days from the date of purchase at the price at which the product was purchased, unless the product is now non-current.
    • Non-current model year inventory will be credited at the current Wake United sale price.
  • Following a thorough inspection of the returned product, Wake United reserves the right to issue a full or partial refund, minus the original shipping charges.
  • Customers are responsible for covering any price differences and new shipping costs associated with exchanged merchandise.

 

Returns & Exchanges Procedure:

  1. Contact us at shredcare@wakeunited.com or ###-###-#### for questions or to confirm product availability.
  2. Send the item(s) to: Wake United Attn: Returns, 546 W. Grant Street Orlando FL 32805
  3. Provide the name on the order, order number, the item for return, reason, and a copy of the invoice. Include contact information.

 

When Can You Expect Your Refund?

  • Credits will be issued once our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return, which may take up to 5 business days. For credit card refunds, please allow up to 72 hours for the refund to reflect on your statement.

 

Warranty:

All items purchased from Wake United are covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty, unless explicitly designated as a 'no warranty' product. If the manufacturer is no longer operational, Wake United will assess warranty claims on a case-by-case basis and, at Wake United’s discretion, strive to offer a fair resolution. Warranty claims are exclusive to the original purchaser. Our standard procedure is to repair or replace any defective product covered by the warranty; however, no refunds will be issued for such claims. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. For inquiries related to warranty matters, please reach out to us via shredcare@wakeunited.com.

 

Please note that unless otherwise specified, warranties do not extend to epoxy/glassed surfboards or wakeboards used on, rails, obstacles or features, even if the wakeboard is designed for such use.

 

Warranty Procedure:

  1. Please email shredcare@wakeunited.com with the following and Wake United will provide warranty direction:
    1. Context of the potential warranty issue.
    2. Photo(s) of the issue.
    3. Copy of original proof of purchase or original order number.

 

Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged product, contact us via shredcare@wakeunited.com immediately. Keep the damaged packaging. We'll arrange for the carrier to pick it up, and once we inspect it, a replacement will be sent. Report damage claims within five business days of receipt; claims after this period may be denied.

 

Shipping Errors

For any shipping errors on our part, contact us via shredcare@wakeunited.com immediately. We'll resolve the issue promptly at our expense. Report discrepancies within 48 hours of receiving the product.
